LLC «GK SPA» has developed the most advanced system for offline decoking of fired heaters.
We can remove the hardest coke and scale that forms in commercial fired heaters or pipelines using a Bi-directional process allowing the flexible pigs to navigate the furnace tubes in both directions.
The pigs are propelled continuously forwards and backwards gradually increasing in diameter until all deposits are removed.
The deposits are captured in a mesh basket for inspection.
